Application Requirement: Students from Post-secondary education, Specific major, nationality, and education background is not required (students from undergraduate, graduate and master programs can apply).
The purpose of this project is to advertise and promote Xihua University to the general public. This project is established based on the teaching methods developed by Harvard University. All courses are designed strictly by using the American post-secondary education curriculum standards. To establish an international, educational and creational summer session project, Xihua University has invited professors from well-known universities all around the world to provide university courses in English. All courses provided by Xihua University was approved by JS&A and NACES and met credit transfer requirements in North American universities.
In 2019, the duration of the summer session project starts from the beginning of June to the end of August. During June and August, Xihua university will provide Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Art’s history, English, History, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Sociology, etc. Every class is limited to 30 students — the classes are composed of lecture, discussion, research, case study, and laboratory. Xihua University is engaged in supervising and managing the project. Each student will be graded by following the Xihua University standard grading system. The academic office will issue the Xihua University official transcript towards the end of term and mail the official transcript back to universities attended by students.
