| Since 2009, Doctor Huang has been engaged in food nutrition and safety detection analysis method and application of molecular recognition biotechnology in food safety. She successively participated in (France) Mérieux Scientific Research Fund "new nanostructures sensitizing ultrasensitive food nutrition and safety of biological analysis system" (the first in the field of global food safety fund project), National Science and Technology Support Project sub-project "food additive illegally high-throughput screening technology and equipment research" bak08b01 (2012), the national natural science fund "transformation based on multicolor fluorescence nano probe a new method for the detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria research" (21375049) and so on concrete implementation of the project.Has related research papers published in international SCI journal 13 (total impact factor of 38.639), of which the first author in Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Food Chemistry, Microchimica |
